Honest limit: it collects what comes in through your website. Texts and calls to your phone still reach you the usual way.

- You confirm it with one tap and the appointment goes on your Google Calendar.

- If they need a different time, they pick one from their own link, and the new time waits for your confirmation.

Too busy to keep up with Google posts?
An active Google Business Profile helps people find you on Google and Maps, but posting is the first thing to slide when you're busy.
What intOS does
- Twice a week it drafts a Google Business Profile post from your own services and prices, with a photo.
- You approve, edit or skip it, the same way as everything else.
- Every draft is checked first: real published prices only, no address, your business name spelled right.
- After you approve, the text, photo and link are ready to paste into Google in a few taps.
Honest limit: this part is assisted, not fully automatic. You do the final paste into Google.

When requests, quotes and appointments live in different places, the important one is the one you miss.

- At 7 AM you get one email with everything that needs you.

Yes. A website chat assistant like Wattson answers questions about your services, prices and hours from your own information, day or night. When it isn't sure, it says so and offers to pass the question to you, and when a visitor is ready it takes their name and contact details as a lead. It tells visitors they are chatting with an AI. Do I need to be good with technology to use it?
No. I set it up for you. Day to day, you read an email and tap Approve, Edit or Skip on your phone. There is also a simple dashboard if you want to look around, but you don't have to.
Does it send messages to my customers without me?
No. Replies, quotes, follow-ups and Google posts never go out until you approve them with one tap. The only automatic emails are tied to something you already approved: the confirmation and the reminder the evening before an appointment you confirmed, and, if you turn it on, a review request after a finished job.
